Hell's Gate National Park
It’s located in Kenya’s Great Rift Valley near Lake Naivasha. Hell’s gate is the only national park in the country Kenya you can explore freely on foot or by bicycle. Renowned for its dramatic red cliffs,towering volcanic plugs and geothermal activity. It offers thrill-seekers a rare chance to move alongside grazing wildlife without the danger of large predators. It’s located around 90 kilometres northwest of Nairobi (around 1.5-2 hours drive). The main entrance (Elsa gate) is about 25 kilometres south of Naivasha town.

You can bring your own bicycle or rent mountain
bikes from vendors stationed at Elsa Gate.
Hiking
the Gorge
Explore the Ol Njorowa Gorge which features
twisting sandstone walls, hot springs and Steam Vents. Note, a local guide is
highly recommended

Ascend Fischer’s tower a 25-metre-high volcanic
plug located near the main gate.
